Wing Sze Tang is an award-winning lifestyle journalist based in Toronto

Wing writes primarily (but not exclusively) about travel.

If the topic is lifestyle-related, she’s probably covered it before. She’ll write about anything that piques her curiosity, including health and wellness, food and drink, art and design, and the science of skincare.

Much of her current travel writing appears in the Toronto Star, Canada’s largest daily newspaper and one of Canada’s largest online news sites.

In a past life, she was a health and beauty editor at several print magazines, including FASHION and (the now-defunct) FLARE. Wing has also written and edited for Elle Canada, enRoute (Air Canada) and Refinery29.

Her freelance writing has been published in The Kit, The Globe and Mail, Travel + Leisure, Re:porter (Porter Airlines), Range by Ensemble, Sotheby’s Insight, Bombardier Experience, 1879 by Birks, S/ Magazine and elsewhere.

In need of editorial talent for a larger project? As the founder of Wayword Media, Wing also provides editorial services to a wide range of clients, including media outlets, creative agencies and consumer brands of all sizes.

(Wing thinks that writing about herself in the third person is cringe, but allegedly the SEO bots like it.)
